AI projects.
Actually shipped.

Scoped in days. Live in weeks.

I help teams get AI out of the slide deck and into daily use — scoping the use case worth building, shipping it, and making sure it actually sticks. Classifiers, agents and automations your team uses on Monday morning.

We get ~200 HR change requests a week and someone sorts every one by hand. 😩
That's a classifier. Send me your categories — I'll have a working prototype this week.
Can it push straight into SuccessFactors?
Yes. Read → classify → route automatically. No manual step left.
…okay, when can we start? 🦁
Tell me your messy problem…

Clients I've worked with

It's not magic.
It's built well.

Find the one use case worth building. Put a working version in your hands fast. Ship it into the tools you already use. Hand it over so your team owns it. That's the whole trick.

What I do

Fewer decks. More things
that actually work.

I focus on delivery. Here's how a project usually breaks down.

Scope & prototype

We find the single use case worth building, and within days you have a working prototype in your hands — something real to react to, not a proposal to approve.

Ship to production

Prototypes that prove out become dependable tools — classifiers, agents and integrations built to run reliably inside the stack you already use.

Automate the busywork

Repetitive, judgment-light work gets handed to AI so your team spends its hours on the things only people can do.

Try it

Scope your AI tool
in 10 seconds.

Drag the building blocks into the workspace and hit ship. Roughly how a real project starts — just faster.

A few things I've built.

Real projects, real teams — some client details anonymised.

🏆 Award-winning

SAFER

A navigation app that routes women home the safest way, not the fastest. Vibecoded in 24 hours — one of six winning teams out of 600+ at the Whale × Anthropic Hackathon.

Classifier

HR mutation triage

An AI classifier that reads incoming HR changes, sorts them by type and routes them straight into SuccessFactors — replacing a manual, error-prone step.

Agents

Marketing agents

Autonomous agents that draft on-brand LinkedIn, Instagram and blog content end to end, keeping a small team publishing consistently.

How I work

Small steps, quick proof,
no lock-in.

I'd rather show you something rough on Friday than promise you something perfect next quarter.

1

Listen

Understand the real problem behind the feature request — where time and attention actually leak.

2

Prototype

A working thing in days, so every decision after that reacts to something concrete.

3

Ship

Production-ready, inside your tools, documented — built to keep running without me hovering.

4

Hand over

Your team owns it. Human-first: I start with people, not the technology.

About

Why "from lions"?

Van Leeuwen means "from lions" in Dutch. I keep it as a working reminder: be bold, move fast, and don't over-think the pounce.

I'm a freelance data & AI specialist and trainer based in Amsterdam, and co-founder of Plaiwrks — an AI-adoption agency with a human-first approach. I've been featured on RTL 7's De AI Storm and won the Whale × Anthropic Hackathon with SAFER.

I care far more about tools people quietly rely on than about anything that sounds impressive in a pitch. I start with the human, not the technology.

Let's talk

Have something
worth building?

Tell me the messy version. If there's an AI-shaped tool hiding in there, I'll help you find it — and then build it.
